1. In a medium bowl, add in the Redpath dark brown sugar, breaking up any large pieces with a fork or spoon.
2. Add in the remaining ingredients and toss to combine with a wooden spoon.
3. Use the Sweet-with-Heat rub right away on your favourite meats and vegetables, or store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
